Talking Walls Workshop Teachers Tour

talkingwallsParticipating in a Talking Walls heritage education workshop sponsored by the Hay House, fifteen teachers from the Bibb County school system visited Riverside Cemetery to learn how to use the cemetery as a living laboratory to teach history. Visitors were introduced to Pathways to History, a curriculum specific to Riverside Cemetery developed through a grant from the Historic Preservation Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.
